Mercer & Hole Chartered Accountants invites graduates to join its Tax Graduate Programme in Milton Keynes from July 2027. The scheme combines hands-on tax work with funded study towards ATT CTA or ACA CTA qualifications, supported by college time and a dedicated training team.
You'll work in Private Client or Corporate Business tax, prepare returns, build client relationships, and progress toward ownership of assignments with mentorship from senior managers and partners in a people-first culture.
