We are looking for an experienced Executive Personal Assistant who is proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to change. The successful candidate will be highly trustworthy, dependable, and capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as the role requires building effective relationships and communicating confidently with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities Executive Support
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, travel, and events across multiple time zones
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and follow-up notes
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Communication & Coordination
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and documents
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and ensure timely follow-through on action items
Operational & Administrative Support
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
  • Manage expenses, invoices, and budgets where required
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned
Problem Solving & Process Improvement
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and efficiency
  • Support change initiatives and evolving business priorities
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency in common productivity tools (e.g., email, calendars, document creation, collaboration platforms)
Experience & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar senior administrative role
  • Experience supporting C-level or senior leadership preferred
  • Relevant education or training in business administration or a related field is a plus
