Patient Administrator (Bank)

The Saxon Clinic, part of Circle Health Group, offers a bank role in its Administration department. The position is based in Milton Keynes and offers a salary of £12.53 per hour.

The role is a bank position working “as and when required”. The employee will supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff during annual leave or absence.

• Contribute to the smooth running of the patient administrative process throughout the patient journey.
• Ensure the Circle Health Group best‑practice process maps are followed to provide an efficient, professional and standard service to all patients, visitors, consultants and staff.
• Ensure all patient queries are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing mail.
• Approve electronic bookings received via the relevant system and update any bookings received via email.
• Maintain knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act, ensuring appropriate measures are taken for patients, relatives, visitors, hospital staff and contractors.
• Comply with all relevant mandatory training.

• Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills Level 2 evidence.
• Proficient in the use of a PC, including software and systems.
• Basic financial awareness.
• Previous administration experience in a private healthcare environment would be beneficial.
