We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant with strong writing, research, and project coordination skills to support our growing portfolio of creative and public-sector projects. This role is ideal for someone with experience in bid and tender writing, who can also assist with day-to-day operations, project documentation, and executive support across multiple work streams. You will be a key part of a dynamic team delivering impactful projects in the creative, cultural, and public art sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Research and write compelling bids, tenders, proposals, and supporting documents
- Support the director with executive-level administrative tasks, calendar management, and communications
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and supporting materials for pitches and stakeholder meetings
- Conduct background research on opportunities, funding streams, competitors, and partners
- Track tender deadlines and manage submission schedules and documentation
- Coordinate across teams to gather required information and ensure timely delivery of proposals
- Maintain and update project timelines, budgets, and shared folders
- Liaise with external suppliers, clients, and collaborators professionally and promptly
- Support ad hoc tasks and contribute to a positive, productive working environment

- Proven experience supporting bid/tender writing or working in a business development or project support role
- Strong writing, editing, and document formatting skills
