Full-time – 37 hours per week
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing organisation for an Office Coordinator to join their team. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of business operations and supporting multiple departments.
The Role As an Office Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Acting as a central point of contact, you will provide administrative support across departments, coordinate processes, and help maintain efficient internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support across the business
Act as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication
Manage and prioritise workload to meet departmental deadlines
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders for updates and information
Assist with order processing, updates, and tracking customer order books
Maintain records, process paperwork, and support data entry activities
Coordinate meetings, manage room bookings, and provide front-of-house support
Welcome visitors and manage site sign-in compliance
Handle telephone and email enquiries, redirecting where appropriate
Support facilities management, including supplier coordination and office provisions
Assist with travel bookings (flights, hotels, etc.)
Contribute to ISO quality management processes and compliance requirements
Support audits, safety standards, and company policies
Carry out additional ad hoc duties as required
About You
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities
High attention to detail with strong administrative skills
Proactive, adaptable, and able to take initiative
Previous experience in an office coordination or administrative role is desirable
