We’re looking for an organised, proactive Business Support Administrator to support the day to day running of the business. It’s a varied role for someone who is detail‑focused and enjoys working across multiple teams. You’ll keep our internal systems accurate, make sure renewals and service changes are processed on time, and help the whole business run efficiently.
What you’ll do- Provide day to day administration support across the business, keeping operations running smoothly.
- Manage business maintenance and facilities: fleet, travel, health and safety, insurance and supplier contracts.
- Answer the main phone line, greet visitors and coordinate meetings.
- Provide support to the sales teams with creating quotes, proposals, sales orders and purchase orders.
- Provide billing administration support to the Finance team.
- Manage recurring client subscriptions and renewals, keeping records accurate throughout.
- Provide customers with renewal information and notify the relevant departments.
- Keep supplier portals and the CRM up to date with correct licences, dates and service details.
- Support sales administration during busy periods and holiday cover, including quoting and procurement.
- Experience in an operations, administration or business support role.
- A track record with subscriptions, renewals, contracts or service administration.
- Confident with business systems and proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel in particular.
- Strong organisation and genuine attention to detail.
- Clear communication and the ability to work across different teams.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines, and supporting senior people with discretion.
