Pensions Team Leader

Pensions Team Leader needed in West London Paying £37 per hr  Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Assistant Pensions Team Manager in the day-to-day running of the Pension Service. Monitoring the performance of our pension administrator provider to ensure top-tier service delivery. Managing and maintaining accurate member records and supporting employers in meeting their pension obligations. Calculating and verifying redundancy payments with precision. Processing all types of pension benefits and contributions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Handling weekly payments and analysing monthly employer contribution remittances and schedules.

Coordinating early retirement processes, providing data and liaising with administrators and stakeholders. Assisting with triannual valuations and audit requests. Onboarding new employers and admitted bodies into the Fund efficiently and accurately. Providing administrative support to senior pensions leadership as needed.
