An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Estate Administrator to join a prestigious private estate near Marlow. This is a varied and hands-on role supporting both the principals and the estate team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This position offers excellent exposure to a dynamic environment and is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in administration or private PA support.

The role is Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm or 8.30am - 5.30pm with the option to work one day a week from home. We would also consider applicants looking to work 4 full days, fully office based. Due to the rural location, a car driver is essential. Duties include Supporting the Principals Managing invoice checks and processing payments Overseeing utilities administration across multiple properties Conducting ad hoc research (e.g., holidays, children's activities, suppliers) Arranging bookings including travel, accommodation, and activities Providing general PA support and assisting the wider team as needed Supporting recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing and interview coordination Supporting the Estate Team Coordinating contractor access and schedules Assisting with maintenance planning (scheduled and reactive) Processing and tracking invoices Supporting purchasing requirements for estate operations Skills/Experience Minimum 1 year of administrative experience Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Full, clean UK driving licence Must live within a 45-minute commute of SL7 Benefits Opportunity to work in a prestigious private estate environment Varied role with exposure to both PA and operational responsibilities Supportive team with opportunities for development Flexible working option (1 day per week from home) if full time Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training, and skills.
