Job SummaryWe’relooking for a warm, highly organised administrator to join Willen Hospice as our Individual Giving & Office Support Coordinator. Working within our Strategic Fundraising & Partnerships team,you’llprovideaccurate, supporter-focused administration for our Individual Giving activity, including campaigns,stewardship and income-related processes.
Alongside this,you’llprovide coordinated office support across Fundraising, helping colleagues manage information, meetings,system sand routine administration efficiently – keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Whatyou’lldo:
Provide administrative support for agreed Individual Giving activity, including campaigns,stewardship and income-related processes.
Respond to routine supporter enquiries warmly and professionally, escalating sensitive or complex matters where needed.
Process supporter details, preferences, regulargiftsand Gift Aid information accurately within authorised procedures.
Enter, update and check supporter and campaign information on the CRM, and produce routine reports,trackers and summaries.
Provide day-to-day administrative support across Fundraising, including correspondence, documents,trackers and routine queries.
Coordinate meetings and team activities, including invitations, arrangements, agendas,papersand actions.
Maintain shared folders, SharePoint sites and Teams channels using agreed naming,permissions and archiving arrangements.
We’relooking for someone who is:
A clear andaccuratecommunicator, able to provide warm, professional supporter care and adapt to different audiences.
An experienced administrator who is confident using Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel,Teamsand SharePoint.
Able to manage competing tasks,maintain trackers and schedules, and meet deadlines.
Experience in fundraising, the charity sector or with CRM systems is desirable but not essential – just as important is your reliability, attention to detail and genuine care for the peopleyou’llbe supporting.
