Vehicle Technician

Our client, a highly reputable main dealer in Milton Keynes, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to become part of their modern and busy workshop team. This Vehicle Technician role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to develop their career within a forward-thinking dealership that values quality workmanship and staff progression.

Basic salary approximately £35,000, with an uncapped bonus scheme, leading to an OTE of £42,000

Duties:

Performing maintenance, servicing, and repairs to manufacturer standards
Conducting fault diagnosis using advanced diagnostic equipment
Completing warranty work and recall procedures efficiently
Conducting vehicle health checks, diagnosing issues, and reporting findings
Ensuring all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard
Adhering to health and safety policies and workshop procedures

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
Previous experience working within a main dealer or reputable workshop environment
Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Full UK driving licence
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and advancements
