• Carry out MOT testing in accordance with DVSA regulations and standards
• Conduct vehicle inspections and diagnose faults effectively
• Provide clear, honest advice to customers regarding vehicle condition and required repairs
• Ensure all testing equipment is maintained and calibrated
• Maintain accurate records of all tests performed
• Contribute to a positive team environment within the workshop
• Comply with health and safety policies at all times
• Support the ongoing training and development of team members

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Valid Class 4/7 MOT licence
• Proven experience in MOT testing within an automotive workshop
• Strong understanding of DVSA testing procedures
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work effectively within a busy workshop environment
• Demonstrates a professional and proactive approach to work
