About Manda

Manda is a global provider of enterprise electronics supply chain services and IT asset lifecycle solutions. Our core offerings include data centre decommissioning, IT asset disposition (ITAD), and high-performance computing infrastructure supply, all delivered with a focus on compliance, security, and efficiency. We support partners and clients worldwide across EMEA, North America, and APAC.

Position Overview

Reporting directly to the Managing Director (UK), you will play a central role in helping to establish and operate Manda’s UK business during a pivotal growth phase. This is a hands‑on, wide‑ranging role spanning administration, operations support, and procurement. You will help create internal processes, coordinate cross‑border workflows, and contribute to building our UK office as a key hub in Manda’s global supply chain network.

This position offers an opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and gain exposure to the inner workings of a fast‑growing international business. As the UK company transitions into a “business as usual” phase over the next 6–12 months, you’ll have the opportunity to specialise further – potentially developing into a role focused on data centre procurement, IT Asset Disposition, or another functional area within our fast‑growing operations.

Please note: This position is open only to candidates able to work full‑time from our Milton Keynes office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Managing Director in day‑to‑day administrative and operational activities, including scheduling, reporting, and internal communication.
  • Help establish and document business workflows, ensuring adherence to Manda’s group policies, approval processes, and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate procurement‑related activities such as raising purchase orders, tracking shipments, and managing supplier communication, escalating cost or risk issues when required.
  • Assist in basic marketing and development efforts – including local events, communications, and marketing coordination – to build Manda’s brand presence in the UK and EMEA.
  • Liaise with global colleagues to support cross‑border workflows, ensuring effective communication between the UK office and other Manda Group entities.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of procurement and operational processes. As you grow in the role, take on increasing responsibility in supplier management, market research, and process improvement.
  • Provide general support in any other areas required by the business to ensure the smooth running of Manda’s UK operations.
Candidate Profile Education & Experience
  • Experience in an administrative, operations, or procurement support role preferred.
  • Background or interest in IT hardware, logistics, or supply chain advantageous, but attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
Skills & Attributes
  • Analytical & Detail‑Oriented: Confident handling numbers and spreadsheets; accuracy and record‑keeping are second nature.
  • Adaptable: Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. Willing to take on varied responsibilities and work across functions.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and professional approach to engaging both internal teams and external partners.
  • Tech‑Interested: Curious about data centre technology with a willingness to learn our product ecosystem.
  • Reliable & Trustworthy: Understands the importance of compliance, confidentiality, and precision in all tasks.
  • Proactive Learner: Eager to develop professionally, take initiative, and grow into a long‑term role as the business expands.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other digital office tools is crucial.
