Lead Product Manager – Cybe Rim

Cybe Rim, Milton Keynes, England, United Kingdom. The role is remote within the UK with a monthly in‑office strategy day in Surrey. It is a 12‑month fixed‑term position that may be extended or become permanent.

• Lead and shape the product portfolio, driving innovation and achieving strategic objectives.
• Manage and coach a growing team of four, establishing best practice and ensuring successful development of new features and product iterations.
• Align product initiatives with B2B and B2C solutions, delivering on the roadmap.
• Work closely with engineering (software) and SaaS teams to drive product development.
• Engage with customers, incorporating their feedback into product decisions and maintaining a user‑centred design focus.
• Oversee agile development processes, delivering product updates on schedule.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful product launches.
• Demonstrable experience in people management and team leadership.
• Dedicated to user‑centred design processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Adept at using product management tools and methodologies.
• Experience delivering using agile development methodologies.
