• Sell passive fire protection, fire stopping, fire door installation and maintenance services.
• Focus on commercial, residential, education, and leisure sectors.
• Develop a project pipeline of approximately £2m and meet turnover targets based on experience.
• Work on projects such as schools, hotels, universities, and office blocks.
• Serve a national client base, ideally operating from a central location.

• Business development experience in the fire sector (passive fire, fire doors, or cladding).
• Experience selling to end users.
• Experience working on commercial or residential projects such as hotels and schools.
• Knowledge of industry standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Stable career background with attention to detail and methodical organisational skills.
