Accounts Manager

Overview

Frontline Construction Recruitment is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join our Milton Keynes office, supplying both blue and white collar professionals across the construction sector.

We are a family run recruitment business established in 2007, supporting contractors on commercial and residential projects and supplying trades, labour, site management and professional staff.

The role involves managing existing client relationships while actively bringing in new clients and developing your own client base. There is clear opportunity to progress into senior management.

• Managing and developing existing client accounts
• Winning new business through calls and face to face meetings
• Building and managing your own client portfolio
• Registering and selecting candidates in line with client requirements
• Ensuring all applicants are contacted and fully briefed
• Maintaining accurate paperwork and records
• Providing a high level of service to clients and candidates

• Proven experience in recruitment or business development
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Target driven and self motivated
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Works well as part of a team
