You’ll lead the evolution of Supplier Relationship Management and ESG across a newly expanded, highly strategic supplier landscape
, ensuring sustainability, innovation and responsible growth are designed in from day one.
This is a role with real influenceb>
- shaping procurement strategy, setting ESG direction, and positioning the organisation as a customer of choice for its most strategic partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and embedding a best‑in‑class SRM model that drives performance, innovation, governance and ESG outcomes
- Creating and delivering a multi‑year ESG roadmap for Procurement, aligned to climate, social value and community impact
- Partnering with strategic suppliers to unlock innovation at scale during and beyond the M&A integration
- Leading supplier segmentation and governance across a complex, end‑to‑end supply chain
- Owning ESG and SRM reporting, disclosures, MI and audit readiness
- Influencing senior stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Risk and the wider business
- Championing ESG capability‑building – upskilling colleagues and partners to raise the bar across the ecosystem
You’re a credible, commercially-minded SRM professional who believes sustainability and strong supplier relationships are inseparable.
You’ll likely have:
- Proven SRM and ESG leadership within a complex procurement or third‑party environment
- Experience designing ESG strategies with measurable outcomes
- Strong knowledge of S2P platforms, contract management and procurement analytics
- Confidence operating in regulated, matrix organisations with senior stakeholder exposure
- A track record of driving change, influencing at pace and navigating ambiguity
- Experience of large‑scale transformation, M&A, or operating‑model change is a strong advantage – but mindset matters just as much as background.
