The STARS Operations Support will support the STARS Deputy Manager in leading and motivating the STARS team nationally. Key duties include recruiting, training, and supporting staff, managing administration, ensuring accurate operational data, reporting, auditing, and document storage, time management, meeting notes, building stakeholder relationships, promoting the STARS programme, and conducting site visits to ensure standards are met.

40 per week (Monday – Friday) - Working pattern:
Hybrid – Milton Keynes Cobra House, home and national site visits - Requirements:
Full clean driving licence and own vehicle; travel expenses paid - Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum
- Recruit, train and support the STARS team to deliver excellent service.
- Maintain accurate operational data, reporting and audit records.
- Store documents correctly and manage time effectively.
- Take meeting notes and support meeting agendas.
- Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Promote the STARS programme through media platforms.
- Conduct site visits nationally to ensure standards are upheld.
