The Business Operations & Strategy Analyst is a key member of the Partner Operations team, and will play an important role in strengthening the foundation of Ellucian’s partner ecosystem. In this position, you will lead critical operational workflows that directly impact partner experience, program success, and strategic decision‑making.
You will manage the end‑to‑end partner onboarding process, ensure data accuracy across systems, coordinate partner communications, and oversee fee processing with cross‑functional alignment. Additionally, you’ll support high‑impact initiatives by contributing research, data analysis, and presentation materials that guide program improvements and strategic planning.
Your ability to bring structure, clarity, and precision to partner operations will be essential in enabling scale and enhancing the overall value of Ellucian’s partner network.
Where You Will Make an ImpactAs a key member of the Partner Operations team, you will play a central role in supporting strategic partnership initiatives and driving operational excellence across the Ellucian partner ecosystem. You will manage essential partner lifecycle processes—from onboarding to ongoing communication—ensuring alignment with program goals and delivering a consistent, high‑quality partner experience.
This individual will:
- Coordinate strategic initiatives by conducting research, preparing data‑driven insights, and developing presentation materials that inform decision‑making and support cross‑functional alignment.
- Manage and optimize partner communications, including content development and distribution planning, to ensure partners remain informed and engaged with Ellucian’s ongoing initiatives, updates, and opportunities.
- Own and streamline the partner onboarding experience, ensuring that new Sell and Service partners are equipped with the resources, information, and support needed for long‑term success.
- Maintain and regularly update partner records in systems of record, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across internal tools and platforms.
- Oversee the processing and tracking of partner fees in accordance with Ellucian’s financial procedures, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with teams across Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to support end‑to‑end partner operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows in a fast‑paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to process excellence.
- Proven experience coordinating communications, content development, or program updates for external audiences—ideally in a partner‑facing or customer engagement role.
