Area to be covered:
Midlands & South; projects throughout the UK (ideal location central)

Remuneration: £65,000 + 3% profit related bonus

Car allowance circa £300-£600 & full usual benefit package

• Sell passive fire protection, fire stopping, fire door installation and maintenance services.
• Focus on commercial, residential, education and leisure sectors.
• Work on projects such as schools, colleges, hotels, universities, office blocks, etc.
• Build a project pipeline of circa £2 million.
• Achieve turnover targets established based on experience.
• Operate as a national position ideally based centrally.

• Business development experience in the fire sector (passive fire, fire doors or cladding).
• Experience selling to end users.
• Experience working within commercial, residential sectors on projects such as hotels and schools.
• Knowledge of industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Stable career background.
• Attention to detail and methodical organisational skills.
