I am working with a leading UK public sector infrastructure organisation who are expanding their well‑established, high‑performing Commercial & Procurement function and are currently hiring across multiple positions spanning through entry to mid‑senior level.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, lead end‑to‑end sourcing activity, and shape supplier strategy within a complex, regulated environment where your contribution has real operational impact.

For those earlier in their career, you will gain hands‑on exposure working alongside experienced practitioners with a clear pathway to Manager level.

Public sector procurement experience is essential.

• Managing end‑to‑end procurement activity within a regulated environment (PCR 2015)
• Developing and delivering sourcing strategies and tender documentation
• Running competitive tenders outside of a framework – full end‑to‑end ownership
• Negotiating contracts and driving measurable commercial savings
• Collaborating with and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions and regions
• Contributing to category strategy development and continuous improvement
• At senior level: leading multi‑million‑pound programmes and managing complex supplier relationships

• Public sector procurement experience – this is essential
• Proven end‑to‑end tendering experience outside of a framework
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of PCR 2015 / regulated procurement environments
• Knowledge of regulated or reclassified procurement environments (desirable)
