An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Product Executive to join a dynamic and well-established organisation within the lighting and building solutions sector. This is a pivotal role acting as the bridge between Engineering, Marketing and Sales, translating market needs into clear product documentation, business cases and successful go-to-market strategies. You will support delivery of the product roadmap throughout the full New Product Development (NPD) lifecycle - from concept through to launch - ensuring products are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to market requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead product readiness for the launch of new products, systems and services.
- Translate market requirements into robust product definitions, pricing strategies and positioning.
- Support the introduction of competitive products in line with the agreed roadmap, on schedule and within budget.
- Chair weekly project meetings, ensuring clear actions, deliverables and timelines.
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to define positioning, target applications and commercial objectives.
- Maintain technical accuracy of product specifications and claims across literature and marketing materials.
- Support product content and technical readiness for exhibitions, events and product launches.
- Contribute as a key member of cross-functional product development teams throughout the NPD process.
We're looking for someone who is commercially aware, technically curious and highly organised.
You will ideally have:
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
- 1+ years' experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Technical Marketing or a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with high attention to detail
- Confidence leading meetings and presenting to varied audiences
- The ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving technical environment
