Finance Business Partner

We’re working with an award-winning, fast-paced business to appoint a commercially focused Finance Business Partner into a highly visible and influential role.

This is an opportunity to step into a true business partnering position, owning a key customer contract and working closely with senior operational stakeholders to drive performance, insight, and strategic decision-making.

• Partner with senior operational leaders to influence performance and profitability
• Own financial reporting, forecasting, and contract performance analysis
• Deliver insightful commentary on KPIs, margins, cash flow, and working capital
• Support bids, contract negotiations, and commercial decision-making
• Build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customers

• Qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA)
• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner role
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in contract-led or multi-site environments
• Advanced Excel skills and a proactive, analytical mindset

• High-impact, visible role with real commercial influence
• Exposure to senior leadership and key customer relationships
