• Manage a set portfolio of accounts and build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships
• Translate client needs into business action and use influencing and negotiation skills to convert sales leads into orders and upsell where possible
• Maintain pricing levels to optimise sales and margin
• Understand which products best match customer needs, leveraging industry knowledge

• Proven experience in a similar role within the packaging industry
• Strong understanding of the packaging merchanting industry and e‑commerce (a plus)
• Excellent customer focus, high organisation and ability to deliver quality results
• Good numerical skills
