The RoleThis role is all about shaping high‑impact partnerships with key client accounts. You will work closely with senior and executive stakeholders, uncover what truly drives their organisation, and position Work Buzz as an essential strategic partner that helps them solve real business challenges. You will lead big, future‑focused conversations, turn platform insights into compelling executive stories, and open up new strategic opportunities that push both the client and our relationship forward.
You will own net revenue retention and drive growth across your portfolio by spotting opportunities, expanding into new areas, and keeping relationships strong and healthy. You will champion your clients internally, influencing product direction and go‑to‑market strategy with what you learn on the ground. Along the way, you will help amplify client success through case studies, events, and thought leadership, working closely with cross‑functional teams to align around innovation, value, and lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Relationship Leadership- Act as the senior strategic partner for key clients, building trusted, high‑impact relationships with executive and senior stakeholders to fuel long‑term partnership growth.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s priorities, workforce challenges, and strategic ambitions to position Work Buzz as an essential long‑term partner.
- Build strong, multi‑level stakeholder networks using structured account mapping and thoughtful engagement across functions, divisions, and regions.
- Lead strategic client conversations that elevate the value of the platform and connect Work Buzz to broader organisational goals such as employee experience, engagement, and performance.
- Champion the client voice internally, ensuring their insight drives product innovation, service evolution, and strategic decision‑making.
- Own a portfolio of strategic accounts, with responsibility for net revenue retention, expansion revenue, and long‑term growth.
- Identify and activate new opportunities through upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion into additional business units, divisions, or markets.
- Build and deliver account growth plans that align Work Buzz capabilities with evolving client needs and business priorities.
- Lead renewal and expansion discussions, demonstrating value and future potential to maximise retention and growth.
- Track account health and engagement signals to proactively manage risk, strengthening partnerships before issues arise.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews that focus on outcomes, insight, and opportunity, not just operational reporting.
- Translate platform and engagement data into clear, strategic narratives that inform decision‑making and demonstrate measurable value.
- Facilitate discovery and planning sessions that uncover new initiatives, organisational priorities, and opportunities for platform expansion.
- Position Work Buzz as a pivotal partner in driving employee engagement and organisational performance strategies.
