About the JobWe are looking for a driven Product Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis, supporting growth across the Ergotron portfolio.
While this role includes working closely with existing partners, the primary focus is on driving category growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and supporting the wider sales team with expert product knowledge. You’ll play a key role in positioning Ergotron solutions within customer environments and helping to unlock new revenue streams.
This role will suit someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing opportunities, and taking a proactive approach to developing a strong and sustainable pipeline. You’ll work closely with internal sales teams, partners, and the vendor to drive engagement and maximise growth across the category.
Success in this role will come from a structured and commercially focused approach, including identifying opportunities, supporting pipeline development, and contributing to a clear and reliable forecast aligned to growth objectives.

Core responsibilities- Build excellent knowledge of the Ergotron portfolio and confidently position products to internal teams and partners
- Drive growth by increasing revenue from existing partners and identifying new business opportunities
- Act as the go‑to expert for Ergotron within Ingram, building awareness and internal engagement
- Deliver training and enablement sessions to support the wider sales team
- Support and execute business plans in line with vendor and internal objectives
- Manage pipeline activity and contribute to accurate forecasting
- Communicate product updates, promotions, and key information to both customers and internal teams
- Experience in a sales, product, or account management environment
- Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with CRM systems is beneficial
- Ability to build relationships and identify commercial opportunities
- Keen to learn and develop product knowledge within a technology‑focused environment
- A strong focus on delivering a positive customer experience while achieving commercial outcomes.
