We are Sungrow, a global leader in clean energy technology, and we're looking for a motivated and curious Sales Operations Intern to join our UK team. This is your chance to get hands‑on experience at the heart of a fast‑moving, purpose‑driven business — where your work genuinely makes things happen.

Curious what this is all about? Let's dive right in:

  • You’ll support the Sales team in managing sales contracts, navigating both our internal systems and offline processes to keep everything running smoothly.
  • You’ll act as a key connector between HQ production, logistics, project, and sales teams — helping coordinate seamless project execution from start to finish.
  • You’ll be the friendly point of contact for customers on topics like lead times, invoicing, payments, and delivery updates — keeping relationships strong and communication clear.
  • You’ll assist in preparing regular reports and analysis, including shipment tracking and sales forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • You’ll support the issuance of invoices and collaborate closely with Finance and Sales teams on payment follow‑up.
  • You’ll help monitor credit limits and flag shipment‑related payment risks, contributing to a healthy and reliable order pipeline.
Your profile

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme, ideally in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.
  • You have some exposure to international trade, manufacturing, or supply chain environments — whether through studies, a previous internship, or personal interest.
  • You bring strong communication and coordination skills, and you’re comfortable working across different teams and time zones.
  • You have solid analytical and data handling capabilities — you enjoy making sense of numbers and turning them into useful insights.
  • You’re familiar with CRM systems and comfortable working with MS Office tools, especially Excel.
  • You communicate confidently in English at C1 level or above, both written and spoken.
