Quality Improvement Manager; Sorting & Transportation

• Lead quality improvement initiatives for sorting and transportation operations, taking ownership of departmental performance metrics.
• Demonstrate strong data analysis capabilities to identify issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate effectively across departments to ensure smooth coordination and alignment.

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics or manufacturing, including 3+ years in lean management or process optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Solid knowledge of lean management methodologies, with hands‑on experience in data analysis and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional communication and withstand work pressure.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
