Addition+ is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team, specialising in the Defence & National Security sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-profile clients, grow a specialist desk, and directly impact a strategic growth area for the business.

• Engaging with the UK Defence & National Security market
  :
  Working across an evolving and expanding sector, staying on top of industry trends, and connecting with senior stakeholders across the sector
• Generating new clients
  :
  Proactively identifying, approaching, and winning new business opportunities across the Defence & National Security landscape. You’ll thrive on building strong commercial relationships and turning prospects into long-term partners.
• Developing & maturing customer accounts
  :
  Taking ownership of existing accounts, nurturing relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand services. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring delivery excellence and adding value at every stage.
• Delivering current customer requirements
  :
  Proactively sourcing and managing candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle. You’ll have day one access to our current client base within the sector

• Proven track record in 360 recruitment or a client-facing sales role, ideally within technology, engineering, or security-focused sectors.
• A natural communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and build long-term professional relationships.
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and commercially driven with a hunger to succeed.
• Knowledge of, or strong interest in, the UK Defence & National Security sector
  , with an appreciation for its unique challenges and opportunities.
• Familiarity with UK security vetting processes (SC, DV etc.) is highly desirable.
