Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Operations Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and forward‑thinking Technical General Manager to lead our EIMEA technical organisation across Quality, Research & Development, Compliance and Technical capability.
This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality and regulatory compliance while enabling innovation, sustainable growth and operational excellence across the region.
What You’ll Be Doing- Leading the execution of technical strategy across EIMEA
- Ensuring product integrity, quality and compliance across all markets
- Driving innovation and new product development aligned to business priorities
- Partnering with global and regional stakeholders to deliver technical excellence
- Leading and developing multi‑disciplinary technical teams
- Strengthening governance, risk management and performance frameworks
- Supporting supply chain performance and continuous improvement
The Role
- Extensive leadership experience within technical, R&D, quality or regulatory environments
- Strong background in manufacturing and consumer products
- Proven ability to translate strategy into impactful regional delivery
- Experience leading cross‑functional and international teams
- Deep understanding of compliance, product lifecycle management and innovation
