Job Purpose
As the Sponsorship Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and effective running of our sector‑leading Child Sponsorship product, driving high levels of supporter satisfaction and long‑term loyalty. You will deliver key child content pieces in collaboration with the marketing team across multi‑channels, build strong relationships with colleagues and partners, represent stakeholder interests in meetings, and propose forward‑thinking solutions to improve the supporter experience.

Circa £36,576.
Contract:
Permanent. Full‑time, 36.5 hours. Base:
Milton Keynes – Hybrid (2 days in the office). Annual Leave: 28 days plus bank holidays. Pension: 7% employer contribution, matched 3% personal contribution.
- Ensure smooth operation of the sponsorship product and high supporter satisfaction.
- Deliver key child content pieces in collaboration with marketing across multi‑channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleagues, communities, and partners.
- Represent key stakeholders in meetings and influence process improvements.
- Analyse data, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement.
- Use insights to propose forward‑thinking solutions and support colleagues across the organisation.
- Maintain a supporter experience that consistently meets sponsorship standards.
- Approve exceptions or involve other teams as appropriate.
- Lead the delivery of a digital‑first experience for child sponsors and act as a business owner during the CRM transformation.
- Ensure sponsorship operations are well‑represented, efficient, and future‑ready.
- Experience mapping processes and recommending operational improvements.
- Confidence implementing changes while considering stakeholder impact.
- Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and safeguarding standards in all child content.
- Ability to analyse large data sets.
- Proficiency with dashboards, CRM reports, and Excel/Sheets.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Supporting strategic projects, especially digital transformation initiatives.
