About the Job

We are looking for a detail‑driven Product Coordinator to join the DPOS team, supporting the management of product data, pricing, and partner‑related updates across the organisation.

In this role you will help ensure that product and pricing information is accurate, current, and consistently maintained across internal systems. You will work closely with Sales, Account Management, and other internal teams to support quoting activity, partner updates, and contract processing.

This position is well suited to someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and structured processes, and who is comfortable managing a varied, administration‑heavy workload in a fast‑paced environment. Supporting our partners and internal teams with accurate, compliant, and timely information is at the heart of this role.

Core Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update product and pricing data across internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Load and manage reseller‑specific bids and partner programme updates in line with agreed commercial terms.
  • Act as a point of contact for product, pricing, and SKU‑related queries, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Generate and distribute regular commercial files to support wider business activity.
  • Configure and generate quotes for reseller partners, supporting Sales and Account Management teams.
  • Provide product and pricing guidance to ensure consistent and compliant quoting.
  • Process software and service contracts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal governance.
  • Track contract activity and maintain clear documentation to support reporting, audits, and renewals.
Skills and Experience
  • Experience in a Product Coordination, Commercial Operations, or Sales Enablement role.
  • Understanding of pricing, bids, SKUs, and partner frameworks.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple data inputs.
  • Confidence working with systems, product catalogues, and pricing tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proactive, organised, and solutions‑focused approach.
Benefits
  • Health insurance and dental plan options available through a salary sacrifice scheme.
  • Rising holiday allowance at year 2 and year 5.
  • Birthday day off.
  • Employee referral bonus.
  • Employee discounts and wellness perks.
  • Modern office with breakout spaces, free tea and coffee, and a private wellness room.
  • Development opportunities with clear career progression and training.
