Responsibilities
- Advisor for planning, designing, implementing, and supporting business transformation programs of clients
- Problem solver providing solutions on specific areas of transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with Leadership on devising business strategies aimed at improving sales productivity
- Contributor to business development with shadow P&L responsibility and thought leadership
Requirements
- Experience as Sr. Manager/ Director in a Consulting firm of repute.
- Bachelor’s degree from a leading school
- IT Services industry expert with specialization in Healthcare & Life Sciences (Pharma / Manufacturing & Supply Chain)
- Demonstrated experience in leading consulting engagements blending strategy, operating models, and technology
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong facilitation skills; excellent oral and written business communication skills
- Proficiency with Process modeling tools such as ARIS / Visio / Bizagi
- Lean & Six Sigma Certifications (Preferred, not mandatory)
