Overview
Lead end-to-end OCM delivery for a large transformation programme (digital / operating model / managed services transition).
Own and execute Change Strategy, Plan and Roadmap. Drive WaaS related change activities, including transition, consultation support, and communications. Manage stakeholder engagement across business, HR, legal, and programme teams. Design and deliver Change impact assessments, communication and engagement strategies, training and capability programmes, adoption and readiness metrics. Act as the primary interface for OCM with client leadership. Establish governance and track change KPIs and business adoption outcomes.
Lead and mentor junior OCM team members and work with the offshore team as well.

- Drive WaaS related change activities, including transition, consultation support, and communications.
- Manage stakeholder engagement across business, HR, legal, and programme teams.
- Design and deliver Change impact assessments, communication and engagement strategies, training and capability programmes, adoption and readiness metrics.
- Act as the primary interface for OCM with client leadership.
- Establish governance and track change KPIs and business adoption outcomes.
- Lead and mentor junior OCM team members and work with the offshore team as well.
- 6-8 years experience in Change Management / Organisational Transformation
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programmes (Telecom / Technology preferred)
- Strong experience in working with Works Councils in German
- Experience working with Telecom clients and regulatory environments
- Hands-on experience in stakeholder management at senior leadership level
- Bachelor's degree (Master’s / MBA preferred)
- Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci) – desirable
- Willingness to travel as required
- English and German fluency
