This is a genuine graduate opportunity to work directly with a Chief Information Officer at a large, well-established UK retail group — using AI to help shape real decisions, not just sit in on them.

No automotive or AI background needed. What matters is that you're curious, sharp with data, and ready to get stuck in from week one.

What you'll actually be doing:

* Using Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools to turn business reports and performance data into insight that people actually act on

* Working with senior managers across the business to solve real, practical problems — think customer experience, productivity, commercial performance

* Getting properly involved with how a large organisation uses AI, not just watching from the sidelines

* Building relationships with people right up to senior leadership, and learning to influence without needing a fancy title to back you up

What you'll bring:

* A relevant degree, apprenticeship or equivalent experience (this is a genuine entry point — no prior AI or industry experience required)

* Strong written and verbal communication — you can turn a messy problem into a clear summary

* A genuine interest in AI and how it can make a business work better

* Confidence talking to people at all levels, and the resilience to keep going when things get busy

* Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
Copilot experience is a bonus, not a must
