Halifax | to £65,000  Car Allowance  Equity A standout opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor to join a growing independent consultancy with a genuine route to equity ownership and future leadership. The business delivers commercial, retail, education, residential and industrial projects, typically up to £2.5 million.

The Role You will combine project delivery, client management and business development, including:
Managing projects from acquisition through to completion Leading new-build, refurbishment and extension schemes Coordinating consultant teams Managing key client relationships Winning new work and developing income streams Supporting the future growth of the business

What Were Looking For MRICS, or close to achieving chartered status Associate or Associate Director-level experience Strong private-sector project experience Proven client development and business-winning ability Excellent technical, commercial and communication skills A strong network within the Yorkshire market would be an advantage The Opportunity to £65,000 salary Car allowance Genuine equity opportunity Increasing ownership as you contribute to business growth Long-term potential to help lead and ultimately run the consultancy This would suit someone currently within a larger consultancy who wants more influence, greater reward and a clear route to business ownership.
