Attribution Search is seeking a Trade Surveillance Lead to join its Compliance team within a leading global hedge fund environment. The role offers ownership of the trade surveillance programme, aiming to identify market abuse risks and strengthen surveillance controls across the business.
You will develop, test and calibrate surveillance frameworks, review alerts, analyse trading activity, prepare investigation reports and contribute to MAR and market conduct initiatives.
