Housing Works Supervisor

We’re looking for a Housing Works Supervisor to oversee compliance works and services relating to Awaab’s Law, damp and mould, and wider Housing Health and Safety hazards. In this role, you will ensure that all works meet required quality standards, comply with legal deadlines, and remain within budget. You will also monitor contractor performance, ensure full compliance with housing legislation, and provide support with technical issues on site.

A key responsibility is ensuring we meet strict timescales for identifying, escalating, and resolving damp, mould and other health and safety hazards in residents’ homes.

Site-Based role:
This is a Site-Based role, and you’ll be expected to work from the designated workplace.
