Commercial Analyst

We are seeking a commercially minded Commercial Strategy Analyst to join a growing and fast-paced financial services business based in Milton Keynes. This is a high-impact role that sits at the centre of commercial decision-making, working closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Senior Leadership.

You will be responsible for analysing business performance, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency, and turning data into practical recommendations that support revenue growth, customer outcomes, and strategic planning.

This is not purely a reporting role. We are looking for someone who enjoys investigating the drivers behind performance, challenging assumptions, and partnering with stakeholders to influence business decisions.

This is a full-time permanent role based in Milton Keynes.

Commercial Analyst Responsibilities:
