Serve First CX is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist in the United Kingdom to own the reporting and enablement backbone of our sales function. You will transform CRM and pipeline data into dashboards, forecasts, and insights, ensuring the sales team has the tools and messaging to act on them.
With deep Hub Spot expertise and Claude-assisted workflows, you will synthesize data into leadership-ready summaries, support revenue forecasting, and onboard SDRs and AEs on the CRM and processes.
