Strategy Manager- Enviromental

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a purpose-led organisation delivering a large-scale national programme with significant environmental and societal impact.

As Strategy Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership to solve complex strategic challenges, shape long-term organisational priorities, and support critical decision-making.

Reporting into a senior strategy leader, you will lead high-profile projects from initial problem definition through to implementation. You will be responsible for structuring complex issues, conducting analysis, developing recommendations, and influencing decisions at executive and board level.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading strategic projects and business-critical initiatives
• Developing evidence-based recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Conducting market, sector, and policy research
• Analysing data to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends
• Preparing executive-level presentations and board papers
• Supporting strategic planning and organisational decision-making

We're looking for an intellectually curious and highly motivated individual with experience tackling complex strategic, commercial, or operational challenges.

You will likely have:

• Experience with in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, or a similar analytical environment
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking capabilities
• A track record of leading projects independently from inception to execution
• Excellent analytical, research, and synthesis skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
• Confidence engaging with senior executives and stakeholders
• The ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments
• A pragmatic mindset focused on delivering tangible outcomes
