We're seeking a Governance Specialist to support the governance and operational oversight of a large UK pension scheme.
AboutThe Role
- Coordinate Trustee Board and committee meetings, papers and actions
- Maintain governance records, policies and compliance documentation
- Support risk management, governance projects and regulatory activities
- Manage stakeholder relationships with advisers, administrators and Trustees
- Drive process improvements and governance best practice
- Experience in pensions governance, trustee secretariat or pension scheme administration
- Strong understanding of UK pensions governance and compliance
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
