Site Manager - Window & Door Replacement (Social Housing)

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a window and door replacement programme within occupied social housing properties. You will oversee day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high quality standard while maintaining excellent resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage subcontractors and site teams across multiple properties
- Oversee programme delivery and report progress to the Contracts Manager
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance (RAMS, inductions, toolbox talks)
- Conduct quality inspections and manage snagging
- Act as on‑site point of contact for residents
- Proven experience in social housing refurbishment
- Experience managing window and door replacement projects
- Strong background working in occupied properties
- SMSTS, CSCS (Manager level), First Aid
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
