Overview
Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor for a tier 1 construction company working on highway infrastructure services for a temp to perm position to start ASAP.
Responsibilities- Commercial & contract management of NEC4 including pricing works, compensation events and admin vis CEMAR
- Ensuring accurate measurement form site records, timely payment notifications and agreement of final accounts
- Working closely with clients, operations teams and supply chain to support valuations, resolve queries, and manage risks and opportunities
- Minimum HND/HNC in quantity surveying
- 5+ years construction industry experience
- NEC 4 contract knowledge (options A, C &
E) is essential - Ability to price works using first principles
