Do you have a solid grounding in roofing estimating and want to join a company that’s genuinely investing in the way the job is done?
We’re recruiting on behalf of an established roofing contractor based in Milton Keynes. The majority of their work is social housing refurbishment, with commercial projects alongside. They’re looking for an Estimator who wants to be involved beyond the desk, with site visits and client interaction part of the role
Job InfoThe company is integrating drone and AI-assisted estimating tools, meaning you’ll be working smarter rather than manually doing everything from scratch. They’re open on experience level and keen to find someone who can grow with them long term.
What You’ll Need- 2+ years estimating roofing refurbishment projects
- Knowledge of flat and/or pitched roofing systems
- Comfortable with site surveys and client communication
- Open to working with modern estimating tools and technology
- Social housing framework experience is a bonus but not essential.
