Ringway London is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage subcontract accounts and ensure timely payments under a 12-year service contract with Milton Keynes City Council. The role requires a minimum of HND/HNC in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering and five years of construction industry experience on projects valued between £500 k and £5 m.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in first-principle pricing, possess strong Excel skills, and have a team-oriented collaborative approach.
