Role Overview Working closely with senior members of the pre-construction team, you will support the preparation of accurate and competitive tenders across a varied project portfolio. Key responsibilities will include:
Assisting with tender reviews and analysis of project documentation Measuring quantities from drawings and specifications Supporting take-offs and bill preparation Obtaining subcontractor and supplier quotations Assisting in pricing exercises and tender submissions Helping identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options Supporting smooth handovers to commercial and operational teams Assistant Estimator Candidate Requirements We are keen to speak with candidates who have: 13 years experience in an estimating, quantity surveying, or construction support role or A construction-related degree/HNC/HND with relevant placement or practical experience You should also have:
Strong numerical and analytical skills Good attention to detail Confidence working with drawings and technical documents Strong Excel and IT skills A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Excellent communication skills

Experience with in a main contractor, fit-out, refurbishment, or specialist subcontractor environment would be advantageous, but not essential. Why Apply?
