Eiffage Kier is seeking a Freelance Quantity Surveyor in Milton Keynes. In this role, you will report to the Commercial Manager, handling tender pricing, risk assessments, contract drafting, and negotiations. Strong relationships with clients and colleagues are essential, alongside contract administration and cash management.
The ideal candidate will have previous Quantity Surveyor experience and be familiar with NEC contracts. Experience with in a civils contractor environment is required, along with subcontractor management expertise.
