£30,000-£40,000 + benefits + progression

A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a contractor delivering Construction and M&E projects across commercial, industrial and general contracting environments. This position offers long-term stability, a supportive working environment and clear progression into Project Management or M&E Coordination.

The Role

The Construction Project Coordinator supports both the Construction and M&E teams, ensuring projects run smoothly from early planning through to delivery. The role involves coordinating information, managing documentation, supporting site teams and maintaining strong communication across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Construction and M&E teams with day to day project coordination
• Manage drawings, RAMS, specifications and technical documentation
• Track project actions, deadlines and programme updates
• Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation and project reporting
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
• Maintain accurate project records, logs and trackers
• Support procurement schedules, quotations and material tracking
• Assist with handover packs and project close out documentation

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in construction, M&E or project support
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Good IT capability including Excel and project systems
• Detail focused, proactive and keen to progress
