SES Engineering Services are looking for a Pre-Construction Manager to join our
SES Central region to deliver our
Pre-Construction Strategy on high profile, technically complex projects across multiple sectors.

As a Pre-Construction Manager you will lead and coordinate project bid teams through the pre-construction phase, ensuring high-quality, customer-focused, and commercially sound tender
submissions
. The role is responsible for managing internal and external stakeholder inputs, driving win strategies, and ensuring compliance with SES Engineering Services' governance processes.

• Produce, own and implement individual project bid strategies and customer plans.
• Take responsibility for engaging with functional leads and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to agree bid teams; monitoring and adapting to suit specific tender requirements throughout the bid period.
• Ensure that all members of the project bid team have a clear understanding of their role and required outputs.
• Ensure all bids are carried out and settled in accordance with SES governance.
