Carrington West is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead concrete repair and refurbishment works across highways and the clean water sector. You will delegate tasks, monitor safety, supervise subcontractors, and ensure quality and progress are documented on site.
You will maintain records, run toolbox talks, manage RAMS, and foster strong relationships with clients and teams while driving continuous improvement in a safety-focused environment.
